- Authority -- The Vice President for Finance and Administration of the University is authorized to execute on behalf of the Curators of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ receipts, claims and affidavits to be filed in decedents' or guardianship estates, claims and affidavits in bankruptcy, and to verify any accounts due to or from the Curators of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½, and other affidavits relating particularly to the financial records of the University or books and accounts under the control of the Vice President for Finance and Administration.
