The ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ closed June 12, 2007 on the purchase of 4633 World Parkway Circle, Berkeley, Mo. for the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½-St. Louis. The purchase was authorized by the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Board of Curators at its Apr. 5, 2007 meeting. The property was purchased from DeMatteo Management Corporation for $2,700,000.
